News from The Peoples Republic of China
A national congress on Electrochemical Therapy (EChT) was held at in April at Xi-An City, China. Professor Li Jing-Hong was president of this event which earlier had been postponed due to the catastrophic earthquake that hit the region.
The Congress was honored by the presence of IABC Co-founder Professor Xin-Yu Ling who has recently decided to reduce activity in IABC affairs. Therefore, he appointed Professor Li to replace him as IABC Vice President, Asia Region, and to become a member of the IABC International Board of Directors. IABC Leadership Council of China
